What makes a review verified
Vacto creates a single-use review request only for a product on an order marked Delivered. The request is bound to that store, order, product, and customer. A seller cannot mark an unverified review as verified or edit the customer's rating, title, text, or media.
Lite and Pro review tools
- Lite can collect verified text reviews from manually shared delivered-order links and can publish, answer, hide, reject, or report them.
- Pro also supports automatic review-request emails, validated photo uploads, and featuring selected published reviews.
- Only published reviews contribute to the public rating and review count.
- Review links and photo uploads are time-limited, store-bound, and single-purpose.
Moderate transparently
- 1
Publish genuine product feedback.
Negative sentiment alone is not a reason to hide or reject a review.
- 2
Reply as the store.
Keep the response factual and respectful. The response is separate from the customer's original words.
- 3
Hide or reject only for a policy reason.
Examples include spam, unrelated content, exposed personal data, threats, impersonation, illegal content, or media that does not belong to the reviewed product.
- 4
Report serious abuse to Vacto.
Choose Report and provide a specific reason. Vacto Admin receives the preserved review and moderation state for investigation.
- 5
Restore a review when the reason no longer applies.
Publishing it again restores its rating contribution; the moderation history remains available for audit.
