What you’ll accomplish

  • Choose a bounded reporting range.
  • Distinguish gross, provider, Vacto, and seller-net values.
  • Evaluate recommendation evidence.
  • Use the AI assistant as read-only guidance.

Financial definitions

  • Gross order value: non-cancelled order totals in the selected range.
  • Online gross: successful verified storefront online settlements.
  • Vacto service fee: the immutable Lite 5% or Pro 3% rate captured when the payment attempt began.
  • Provider fee: reported separately and not silently substituted for Vacto's service fee.
  • Seller online net: the seller credit calculated by settlement after the Vacto fee policy.

Recommendations

Each recommendation includes a stable key, severity, selected time range, evidence, and a suggested next action. Dismissing one stores a per-shop dismissal; it does not change products, promotions, orders, or money.

Vacto AI

The Pro business assistant receives a bounded, store-scoped context and a short untrusted conversation history. It can explain patterns and propose next steps. It is read-only: it cannot publish a promotion, alter inventory, change staff, issue a refund, withdraw funds, or modify billing.

If the result is not what you expected

  • No metrics may mean the selected range has no events/orders, not that tracking is broken.
  • Settlement numbers appear only after provider verification and successful idempotent settlement.
  • If AI is unavailable, the store must have Pro, AI permission, remaining quota, and a configured/enabled provider.
