What you’ll accomplish

  • Distinguish Lite and Pro tools.
  • Understand server-side plan locks.
  • Choose an appropriate staff permission.

Displayed prices come from the current pricing catalog; base limits come from Vacto's canonical plan configuration. Your store may differ because of an Offer, add-on, or administrator override.

Included on Lite

  • Verified text product reviews through delivered-order links.
  • One additional active staff account; the owner is not counted.
  • Simple analytics and the AI-assisted theme builder.
  • A 5% Vacto service fee on successfully settled online storefront sales.

Included on Pro

  • Abandoned-cart recovery for customers who explicitly consented.
  • Customer CRM, tags, notes, safe segments, and audited CSV export.
  • Coupons, scheduled campaigns, targeted discounts, first-order offers, free shipping, and product bundles.
  • Advanced commerce analytics, evidence-based recommendations, and analytics export.
  • Store-aware Vacto AI business guidance, priority support, photo reviews, automatic review requests, and up to five additional staff with custom roles.
  • A 3% Vacto service fee on successfully settled online storefront sales.

Plan and permission locks

The server checks the current store entitlement and the signed-in administrator permission on every read and write. Hiding or revealing a dashboard control does not grant access. An Offer inherits either Lite or Pro entitlements from its configured base plan.

If the result is not what you expected

  • If a tab says Pro after an upgrade, refresh Billing first and confirm the plan was applied to this exact store.
  • If a Pro tab opens but returns Forbidden, ask the owner to review your staff permissions.
  • Unknown legacy plan keys fall back to Lite until Vacto corrects the plan association.
