What you’ll accomplish

  • Write useful store search metadata.
  • Control search-engine indexing.
  • Add supported Google and Bing verification tokens.
  • Configure and verify a Meta Pixel ID.

Configure search settings

  1. 1

Open Settings for the selected store.

    Find the SEO/search controls.

  2. 2

    Write a clear SEO title.

Use the store name and the main product/category customers look for. Avoid keyword lists.

  3. 3

    Write the SEO description.

Describe what the store sells, the relevant market, and a real differentiator in one readable sentence.

  4. 4

    Review search-engine indexing.

Enable indexing only when the storefront is ready for public discovery. Disabling indexing is a request to search engines, not instant removal.

  5. 5

Add Google or Bing verification tokens only in their dedicated fields.

Use the token value from the webmaster tool, not an entire HTML tag or script.

  6. 6

    Save and open SEO health.

Use the checklist to find missing signals, then verify the public page directly.

Configure Meta Pixel

  1. 1

Create or choose the Pixel in Meta's business tools.

Keep account ownership and permissions with the business.

  2. 2

    Copy the numeric Pixel ID.

Do not paste a full script, access token, or event-test code into Vacto.

  3. 3

Paste the ID into Meta Pixel in Settings and save.

Vacto validates the supported identifier format.

  4. 4

Open the public storefront and verify with Meta's supported tools.

Browser blockers, consent settings, preview hosts, or an unpublished storefront can affect detection.

Improve useful search signals

  • Use specific product names and original descriptions.
  • Add clear, optimized product images with meaningful product content.
  • Use stable categories and a verified primary domain.
  • Keep the storefront available and avoid indexing incomplete test content.
  • Monitor real search-tool coverage instead of assuming a saved setting is already indexed.

If the result is not what you expected

  • If Meta Pixel is not detected, confirm the numeric ID saved, the public storefront loads, and a blocker is not suppressing the request.
  • If verification fails, paste only the token value and wait for the public domain to serve the saved metadata.
  • If pages are not indexed, check indexing controls, subscription/storefront availability, the primary domain, and the search console coverage report.
