Refund & Cancellation Policy
Vacto subscription refunds and cancellations, and how store/customer refunds are handled.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy covers two different things: refunds and cancellations of your Vacto subscription, and refunds for orders customers place with stores. These are handled by different parties.
1. Vacto subscription cancellation
You can choose not to renew your Vacto subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing for the next period; it does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current period unless we say otherwise.
2. Vacto subscription refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or where we agree to a refund in a specific case (for example, a clear billing error).
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us with your invoice details and we will review it.
3. Effect of cancellation on store access
When a subscription ends or is cancelled, your seller features, dashboard access, and storefront may be paused or closed after any applicable grace period. Make sure to export or save anything you need before access ends.
4. Store and customer refunds
Refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations for orders placed on a store are handled by the seller, not by Vacto. Each seller sets and applies its own returns approach within the law.
Because customer payments are made directly to the seller (COD or manual transfer), any refund of those payments is issued by the seller to the customer.
5. Payment disputes
For subscription billing disputes, Vacto reviews the reference and proof submitted and the payment status before deciding. For order disputes between a customer and a seller, the customer should contact the seller first; Vacto can help with platform issues but does not adjudicate order disputes.
