Customer Terms & Checkout Policy

These Customer Terms apply when you shop on a storefront powered by Vacto. They explain the relationship between you, the store you order from, and Vacto.

In short: you are buying from an independent seller. Vacto provides the software that runs the store and checkout.

1. You order from an independent seller

Each store on Vacto is run by an independent seller. When you place an order, your contract is with that seller, not with Vacto. The seller is responsible for the products, prices, stock, delivery, and customer service.

2. Vacto's role

Vacto provides the storefront and checkout tools. Vacto is not the seller, does not handle delivery or fulfilment, and does not hold your payment.

3. Payment methods

Always verify the payment details shown at checkout before transferring. Because payments go directly to the seller, refunds for an order are issued by the seller.

• Cash on delivery (COD): you pay the seller or courier when your order is delivered.
• Manual transfer (InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, and similar): you transfer to the payment details the seller shows at checkout, then confirm with the seller. Keep your payment reference or screenshot.

4. Delivery and fulfilment

Delivery times, fees, and coverage are set by the seller. Questions about your order status, delivery, or returns should go to the seller you bought from — for example via the WhatsApp contact shown at checkout.

5. Your information

The details you provide at checkout (name, phone, address, and order notes) are shared with the seller so they can fulfil your order, and are processed by Vacto to operate the storefront. See our Privacy Policy.

6. If something goes wrong

For problems with a product, payment, or delivery, contact the seller first. If you experience a technical problem with the Vacto platform itself, you can reach us.
