Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy lists what is not allowed on Vacto. It applies to every store, product, listing, image, and message on the platform, and to how sellers behave toward customers and Vacto staff.

Breaking this policy can lead to content removal, store suspension, or account termination, with or without notice depending on severity.

1. Prohibited products and services

• Illegal goods or services of any kind.
• Counterfeit, replica, or fake-branded goods, and unauthorised use of another brand's name, logo, or trademarks.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and related items.
• Drugs, controlled substances, and related paraphernalia.
• Stolen goods or items you are not authorised to sell.
• Adult or sexually explicit content and services.
• Regulated items you are not licensed to sell.

2. Prohibited content

• Hate speech, harassment, or extremist or violent content.
• Misleading, deceptive, or false claims about products, prices, or results.
• Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
• Malware, phishing, or attempts to harvest credentials or personal data.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Scams, fraud, or deceptive payment practices.
• Displaying payment details you do not own or are not authorised to use.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing customers, other sellers, or Vacto support staff.
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Using the platform to spam or to send unlawful communications.

4. Reporting and enforcement

If you believe a store or listing violates this policy, contact us so we can review it. Vacto may remove content, pause or suspend stores, and terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Regional note

What is legal to sell varies by country and changes over time. Operating mainly in Egypt and MENA does not relieve you of responsibility to follow the laws that apply to your business and your customers.
