What you’ll accomplish

  • Check whether new online payments are currently enabled.
  • Understand pending and verified provider states.
  • Distinguish provider fees, Vacto's service fee, and seller net settlement.
  • Know what to do when the customer says money was deducted.

Availability comes from the live Vacto gate

Vacto shows online card payment only when the EasyKash creation flag and provider configuration both allow a new hosted session. If the dashboard or storefront says online payment is unavailable, use Cash on Delivery or a supported manual method. Do not tell customers to reuse an old hosted checkout link.

Callbacks, provider inquiry, the payment return page, and authorized reconciliation remain active for payments that were already created, even when new payment creation is disabled.

How a payment becomes paid

  1. 1

Vacto creates a new hosted payment session.

The customer is sent to the exact provider URL returned for that payment.

  2. 2

    The provider processes the attempt.

A browser return message or a provider dashboard label alone does not complete Vacto settlement.

  3. 3

    Vacto verifies the provider result.

The reference, amount, currency contract, and payment purpose must match through the supported verification path.

  4. 4

Vacto applies the purpose-specific result once.

A wallet top-up credits the wallet, a subscription payment applies the subscription, and a storefront payment settles the order. Repeated callbacks must not apply it twice.

Storefront settlement amounts

For supported storefront online payments, Vacto records the gross customer payment, the immutable 5% Lite or 3% Pro Vacto service fee, the seller net settlement, and any provider fee as separate values. Provider fees are evidence/accounting metadata and do not replace the configured Vacto service fee.

Use Wallet transaction history and the order payment state together when reconciling a sale. Do not infer settlement from the customer's bank notification alone.

If the result is not what you expected

  • If the payment is pending, do not create a duplicate order or ask the customer to pay again until the existing reference is checked.
  • If money was deducted but the order or wallet did not update, collect the Vacto reference, provider reference shown to the customer, amount, time, and a redacted proof, then contact Payment support.
  • If online payment is disabled, follow the status notice and use the available alternative; only Vacto can re-enable the production gate after verification.
