What you’ll accomplish

  • Distinguish available balance from on-hold money.
  • Submit an InstaPay top-up for review.
  • Understand automatic subscription charges and storefront settlements.
  • Request a withdrawal with accurate details.

Read the balances

  • Available balance is money that can fund supported wallet actions or a withdrawal, subject to the current workflow.
  • On-hold or pending amount is not yet available. It may represent a deposit, settlement, withdrawal, or review that has not reached its final state.
  • Subscription reward credit is separate from wallet money. It can reduce eligible Vacto subscription invoices but is not customer-payment money and cannot be withdrawn as wallet cash.

Add funds

  1. 1

    Open Wallet from Select store.

The wallet belongs to the seller account and can support the account's stores.

  2. 2

    Choose the available top-up method.

InstaPay/manual top-ups require real proof and Vacto review. Card top-up appears only when the online payment availability gate is open.

  3. 3

Enter the exact amount and reference.

Upload a clear, redacted proof through the provided secure upload control when required.

  4. 4

    Submit once.

The top-up remains Pending until verified, then becomes Approved or Failed/Rejected. Do not resubmit the same transfer.

Charges, settlements, and withdrawals

Subscription renewals use the Vacto Wallet first. When the wallet can cover the canonical invoice, the renewal debit and subscription application happen together. Wallet transaction history is the record to use for that debit.

Supported storefront online payments can create seller settlement activity in the wallet after verified payment and fee calculation. Withdrawals require the requested payout details and move through a review/status workflow. Check the request status before sending new details or creating another withdrawal.

If the result is not what you expected

  • If a top-up is pending, check its status and avoid submitting the same transfer twice.
  • If an approved top-up is missing from the available balance, include the deposit reference and wallet transaction screenshot in a support ticket.
  • If a withdrawal is delayed, check whether the request is still under review or whether Vacto asked for corrected payout details.
