Lite and Pro
- Lite keeps manual WhatsApp order actions and manual verified-review links.
- Pro adds official WhatsApp Business Platform and business-email connections, COD confirmation, status automation, review sequences, message history, and delivery/response analytics.
- Provider fees, limits, policies, outages, and Meta template approval remain external dependencies. Delivery is never guaranteed or unlimited.
Safe activation
- 1
Open Settings → Customer communications.
Only an authorized owner can connect providers and enable automation.
- 2
Connect and health-check a provider.
Saved credentials are encrypted and are never returned to the browser or mobile API.
- 3
Test one explicitly authorized recipient.
Use a test address or number you control; never test against a production customer list.
- 4
Approve and verify templates.
WhatsApp utility automation remains blocked until the matching language template is recorded as approved.
- 5
Enable individual rules, then opt in globally.
Existing stores remain Manual only until the owner explicitly enables external automation.
Channels and message states
- Strategies: WhatsApp only, Email only, WhatsApp first with email fallback, Email first with WhatsApp fallback, Both, or Manual only.
- Queued/Scheduled: durable work exists but has not been claimed.
- Processing: one worker claimed the job with compare-and-set protection.
- Sent: the provider accepted the message; this is not proof of delivery.
- Delivered/Read: recorded only from provider evidence where available.
- Responded: a validated interactive customer response matched the expected order/contact.
- Failed/Suppressed: inspect the category; permanent failures stop retrying and suppression sends nothing.
Consent and opt-out
Customer preferences are store- and channel-scoped. STOP on WhatsApp or a signed email preference link suppresses that channel. Nonessential review messages always respect opt-out; active-order transactional communication follows the configured policy and must receive legal review for the seller's market.
