Eligibility and timing
When an order first becomes Delivered, Vacto queues the configured review request after its delay. Each eligible unreviewed order item receives a random hashed, expiring, one-use token linked to the real Vacto review page. Email and WhatsApp may have separate valid links; using one review revokes the remaining links for that item.
Reminder rules
- At most one configured reminder job is created per delivered order/channel occurrence.
- The reminder is suppressed if the product already has a review, the customer opted out, eligibility changed, the store downgraded, or automation was disabled.
- Retries are bounded and do not create duplicate provider jobs.
- Lite keeps manual verified-review link creation but cannot run the automated sequence.
Fairness
- Ask for an honest review, not only a positive review.
- Do not segment or suppress requests based on expected rating.
- Do not fabricate text, ratings, or customer identity.
- Only published reviews enter public rating aggregates; seller moderation never edits the customer's words.
Analytics
Review conversion reports reviews received over sent review requests with both counts visible. It does not claim that a message caused a rating or that a return was prevented.
