Who can use manual links
Manual review-link sharing is part of verified product reviews on both Lite and Pro. Pro automation is an additional delivery option; provider disconnection, an automated failure, or a plan downgrade never removes the manual action.
- The order must belong to the selected store and be Delivered.
- The signed-in owner or staff member needs Reviews permission and full order access.
- At least one real product on the order must remain unreviewed.
- A product that already has a submitted review cannot receive another link.
Copy from an order
- 1
Open the delivered order.
Find the Review request section near the manual communication and Pro timeline areas.
- 2
Check products remaining.
Each order item shows Ready, Manual link active, Expired, Review submitted, or Product unavailable.
- 3
Choose Copy review link.
Vacto creates a cryptographically random, store/order/product-scoped link on the server and shows Review link copied. If clipboard permission is unavailable, select the read-only fallback field.
- 4
Or choose Share on WhatsApp.
Vacto opens the existing manual WhatsApp handoff. Opening it is audited as a manual action, not recorded as delivered.
Multiple products
Vacto uses one secure link per eligible order item, matching the existing verified-review model. The Review section lists reviewed and remaining products; it never creates one ambiguous link that can review unrelated products.
Expiry and rotation
- A new manual link expires after 45 days and works once.
- Vacto stores only its hash; the raw token is returned once and cannot be recovered for safe reuse.
- Copying again therefore creates a new link and revokes the previous active seller-issued link for that product.
- Manual rotation does not revoke an independently issued automatic link. Submitting through any valid link revokes every remaining link for that product and suppresses a queued reminder.
Manual and automated requests
If Pro automation is scheduled or sent, manual Copy review link remains available until the product is reviewed. Copying does not queue another automated job. If automation fails or the provider disconnects, use the manual action and read the separate timeline evidence.
