What you’ll accomplish

  • Create or sign in to your Vacto account.
  • Submit a store request with a plan and billing cycle.
  • Complete the minimum catalog, design, delivery, and payment setup.
  • Open the storefront and check the customer experience.

1. Create your account and request a store

  1. 1

    Open Start free trial.

Create an account or sign in with the email you want to use as the store owner.

    Start free trial
  2. 2

    Open Request a store.

From the store selector, enter the requested store details and choose Lite or Pro plus a billing cycle.

  3. 3

    Choose the store address carefully.

Vacto checks whether the requested slug is available. The slug becomes the store's Vacto subdomain/path identifier and should match the business name where possible.

  4. 4

    Submit the request.

Store creation is completed through the Vacto request flow. Return to Select store to see the current request or the created store.

2. Understand the dashboard

After selecting a store, the shop-admin dashboard opens its Overview. The main seller areas are Products, Categories, Orders, Inventory, Analytics, Theme builder, Ready themes, Settings, Billing, and Help & support. Some actions depend on your administrator permissions.

The dashboard stays available when billing blocks the public storefront, so the owner can review Billing and restore service.

3. Complete the launch essentials

  1. 1

    Add your first product.

Set the name, price, visibility, image, category, and inventory mode.

  2. 2

Create at least one useful category.

Categories make the storefront easier to browse but a product may remain unassigned while you set up.

  3. 3

Choose a ready theme or edit the current theme.

Preview with your real catalog, then save and apply the intended theme.

  4. 4

Upload the store logo and check contact details.

Use Settings for the store identity and customer-facing contact information.

  5. 5

    Configure delivery fees and policies.

Confirm the delivery amount and the policies shown to customers before checkout.

  6. 6

    Configure customer payment methods.

Enable Cash on Delivery or supported manual methods. Treat online card payment as available only when the dashboard says it is available.

  7. 7

Preview the storefront on desktop and mobile.

Open the public store, view a product, add it to the cart, and review checkout without placing a test order against real data.

4. Store lifecycle and storefront availability

  • Trial: the store uses its trial window and can select Lite or Pro.
  • Active: the subscription is current and the public storefront can operate.
  • Past due or grace period: shown only when the configured billing grace allows it.
  • Suspended: the public storefront is closed, while the seller dashboard remains available for payment and recovery.
  • Cancelled: the subscription no longer renews; check Billing for the current store state and available recovery action.

If the result is not what you expected

  • If the store is missing, return to Select store and check whether the request is still pending or whether you signed in with a different account.
  • If the storefront is unavailable, check Billing for a suspended or unpaid subscription before changing products or themes.
  • If a theme change is missing, confirm that the correct store was selected and that the theme was saved and applied.
