Does Vacto create a WhatsApp catalog?

Vacto creates its own web storefront and catalog. It can hand an order into WhatsApp, but it is not the same product as Meta's native WhatsApp catalog.

Does the customer have to message before seeing prices?

No. Published store prices and product information can be viewed in the storefront before the customer continues to WhatsApp.

Will Vacto answer WhatsApp messages automatically?

No. The current capability structures the order handoff; it is not a chatbot or automated support agent.

Can I also accept COD?

Yes. The WhatsApp handoff can sit alongside Vacto's COD order workflow, while the seller remains responsible for confirmation and delivery.

Can I turn off WhatsApp for my store?
